Teddar is a partner of the firm and a graduate of SUNY at Buffalo, SUNY at Albany and Cornell Law School. He has practiced in the estate planning, estate administration and tax fields for over 40 years.
Teddar has lectured extensively on estate planning topics to lay people and professionals alike. Prior to his legal career, Teddar served in Military Intelligence in Washington D.C.

Kameron Brooks - Kameron is a partner of the firm and a graduate of SUNY at Fredonia and Western New England College School of Law. He has practiced in the estate planning, estate administration and tax fields for over 35 years. He is also a past instructor of paralegal courses at Jamestown Community College and has lectured extensively in estate planning topics. Prior to his legal career, Kameron was a helicopter pilot for the U.S. Army, serving one year in Viet Nam.

Jay is a recent attorney addition to the firm. He is a graduate of Gowanda Central School (Valedictorian, class of 2003), holds a BS degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. After many years of general practice, Jay received an invitation to join Brooks & Brooks, LLP and now concentrates his practice in estate planning, asset protection planning, tax planning, business succession planning, and trust and estate administration. Jay also taught courses in Statistics and Business Communications at SUNY Fredonia for several years.
